We had our first official playdate yesterday and we had a blast. I was very excited and didnt know what to expect specially it being Kiera's first time to interact with other kids. We were invited by Bianca Lapus that I was introduced to before when I was still doing bazaars. She organized the whole event and invited celeb moms and dads and I was soo happy Matt, his wife Trina, helga and her bf Kevin, and empress where there also. Its soo weird that we're all parents now and hindi na showbiz events or premiere nights pinupuntahan namin, but playdates and baby fairs! Ang weird pero ang saya, we're moving to the next phase or our lives as being adults.
We also had a talk from two amazing people that we got awesome advice from on how to raise our children, discipline them and how to get along with them. Its such a big help getting advice from people that have been through it, especially from them. They have 5 kids! Ms. Maricel Laxa and her husband Anthony gave such an inspirational talk, im looking forward to more talks with them on our next playdates sobrang laking help! I wish i could share to all of you all they said but it would be long for me to explain all of it and i wouldn't be able to explain it as well as they would. To sum it all up their talk with us was amazing and could be life changing.:)
I didnt expect there to be so many moms and dads that came, its also nice to see people coming together and sharing their knowledge with each other. Being a parent is difficult, we need all the help and advice we can get, where better to ask than fellow parents.
It was also a time to get to bond with my friends that i barely get to see due to being so busy with Kiera, glad to have friends like them and now we're all going through this experience together.
